Emily Croak is an experienced facilitator and coach with a passion for helping nonprofits build strong relationships and stakeholder engagement that lead to successful missions.
Her work at ASP is focused on leading multiple first-of-their-kind engagements and managing campaigns worth $80 million for one of the nation’s largest healthcare providers. She has worked extensively with innovative and non-traditional fundraising methods and created a niche in helping clients discern their strengths and weaknesses in order to connect their vision with clear and actionable strategies.
Emily is a regular presenter on fundraising and organizational culture topics, and has facilitated Jeffersonian dinners – events that bring industry leaders together for directed conversation about social impact topics – around the nation.
Before coming to ASP, Emily worked for one of the nation’s largest nonprofit providers of skilled nursing services. There, while managing employee engagement and leadership programs, she developed an understanding of the psychological side of business – how to marry employees’ interests with best practices and leadership skills to further an organization’s mission.
Today her clients have the benefit of this perspective, and she relishes the opportunity to help them become the best versions of themselves.
Emily is a graduate of the University of Toledo and serves on the board of the Ballet Theatre of Toledo where she also teaches ballet. Emily is a member of OANO’s Council of Consultants.
